Chiron Management is a board advisory and operational governance team that takes a proactive approach to protect, govern and advise institutional investors with a focus on emerging technology companies.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Hong Kong, we operate globally — advising funds and portfolio companies across multiple jurisdictions. We are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and adapt our policies, procedures and conduct in accordance with best practices within the investment industry.

Partner
Jason brings over a decade of experience in technology strategy and advanced industries. Previously, he served as Strategy Manager at Tencent, leading the growth strategy for Tencent Security and Tencent Cloud. Before Tencent, Jason was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, specialising in cybersecurity, fintech, and digital transformation.
Sean Hung
Partner
Sean brings over 15 years of experience spanning finance, investments, and technology. Previously, he served as Director at Diginex, a NASDAQ-listed digital assets exchange, and Diginex Solutions, its blockchain-focused ESG platform. Before Diginex, Sean was Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald, the global investment bank, specialising in APAC structured finance and special situations.
